Compensation and Benefits Manager

Reporting to the Compensation and Benefits Manager, the Compensation and Benefits Officer will help implement programs that support employee well-being, satisfaction, and engagement. This includes assisting with payroll, mandatory government remittances, employee records, and vendor coordination across benefits and HR systems.
What you’ll be doing
- C&B Program Support: Help execute salary benchmarking, health benefits, loan offerings, annual physical exams, and incentive programs through vendor coordination and communication material preparation.
- Payroll and Remittances: Support end-to-end payroll processing, validate attendance and deductions, address payroll inquiries, and ensure timely government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee information in the HRIS, collect and validate documents, and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with healthcare, HRIS, and payroll disbursement vendors to optimize services and support.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, respond to employee queries, create announcement materials, and assist in compliance with reportorial requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, or HR administration.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS (e.g., Sprout Solutions) and Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of payroll processing, government remittances, and labor law compliance.
- Experience managing vendors and coordinating benefits-related services.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve issues in payroll and employee benefit programs.
