Expansion Officer

The Expansion Officer plays a key role in driving CloudEats’ growth through the strategic expansion of online kitchens and retail stores. This role also supports the management of external relationships with lessors and business partners to uncover new expansion opportunities. Responsibilities include site sourcing, evaluations and oculars, contract support, and driving business reviews while ensuring all activities align with regulatory standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Site Sourcing: Scout for new kitchen and retail locations based on defined commercial and technical criteria such as high-traffic areas and utility access.
• Site Evaluation: Conduct and support site visits, evaluating utility availability, customer accessibility, equipment feasibility, and other operational needs.
• Contract Support: Assist in managing and negotiating contracts with landlords, mall developers, and other key stakeholders.
• Compliance Assistance: Help ensure kitchen and store expansions meet all local government requirements and support in resolving compliance issues.
• Business Development: Identify non-traditional expansion opportunities (e.g., schools, campuses) and explore creative ways to grow our footprint.
• Partnership Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with lessors and mall developers, assist in documentation requirements, and conduct business reviews to unlock future growth potential.

What you need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience in site development, property management, or business development is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
