This position plays a crucial role in driving the companys growth through the strategic expansion of online kitchens and retail locations. The responsibilities include overseeing site development, conducting thorough site assessments, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining full compliance with local government regulations. The role also involves managing contractor selection, negotiating contracts, preparing budget estimates, and proactively forecasting and addressing potential repair and maintenance issues prior to site turnover, effectively minimizing future costs and ensuring long-term operational sustainability.


What you’ll be doing

  • Site Evaluation Assistance: Collaborate in assessing new kitchen and retail sites based on space condition, utilities, Lessor requirements, and LGU permit requirements.
  • Budget Preparation: Prepare budget estimates aligned with construction standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Contractor Selection: Assist in sourcing and evaluating qualified contractors for project execution.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead evaluation and negotiation of contractor proposals, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end site development from kick-off to turnover while meeting timelines, quality benchmarks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively flag and address issues that may delay or increase the cost of project completion.
  • Compliance: Ensure construction projects meet all health, safety, and LGU regulations.
  • Repair and Maintenance Forecasting: Lead quality checks pre-turnover to minimize early repairs and long-term maintenance expenses.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned.

What you need

  • Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial or F&B expansion settings.
  • Strong budgeting, negotiation, and contractor management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of LGU permit requirements and health/safety compliance.
  • Excellent decision-making, time management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
