As a Senior Brand Project Specialist, you will lead campaign execution, guide a team of Client Success Managers, and ensure the smooth delivery of brand campaigns. You will also help drive internal processes, provide best practice training, and ensure successful collaboration across departments. What you’ll be doing

  • Campaign Leadership: Guide a team of Client Success Managers through campaign execution, from initial brief to successful delivery.
  • Client Success Champion: Work hand-in-hand with the Client Success Director or business unit head to ensure seamless sales and campaign processes.
  • Strategic Advisor: Contribute to client success strategies, process improvements, and structure optimization.
  • Cross-functional Collaborator: Coordinate with internal teams to identify renewal and upselling opportunities.
  • Marketing Campaign Manager: Design and manage B2C integrated marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
  • Execution Excellence: Oversee agency partners, manage budgets, and ensure marketing materials meet brand standards.
  • Data-Driven Storyteller: Deliver regular reports illustrating campaign success, ROI, and performance against KPIs.
  • Event Organizer: Lead the organization of trade shows, exhibitions, and branded deals.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned to fulfill the duties above.
 

What you need

  • Proven experience as a Campaign Manager, or in Marketing, Digital Advertising, or a similar field.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to present and influence at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong numerical skills and proficiency in project management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
