Senior Commercial Manager – Retail

The Sr. Commercial Manager – Retail leads the growth and profitability of CloudEats’ offline/retail stores. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role owns the end-to-end strategy and execution for launching and scaling retail stores, from site planning to brand marketing and sustained store performance. A mix of commercial savvy, marketing execution, and cross-functional leadership is essential to drive results across all locations.


What you’ll be doing

  • Grow existing offline stores: Analyze performance and identify growth drivers, execute in-store and out-of-store marketing activities, collaborate on pricing and menu planning, and ensure high operational standards.
  • Expand brand reach through new store openings: Identify promising locations, conduct financial and commercial assessments, and lead cross-functional teams through store opening projects and launch marketing.
  • Understand retail customers: Use data from NPS, platform reviews, and customer behavior to create strategies that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure sustainable profitability: Manage marketing budgets, track key financial metrics, and optimize SKU assortments to support growth and financial health of the stores.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with operations, creatives, product development, tech, finance, and leasing partners to ensure aligned and timely execution of store initiatives.

What you need

  • Proven experience in retail brand growth, offline marketing, and commercial management.
  • Strong analytical skills for financial modeling, site selection, and customer behavior analysis.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across departments.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments, high ownership roles, and performance accountability.
  • Experience in food & beverage, retail, or mall-based businesses is a strong advantage.
