Phoebe is the current Senior Investment Associate at the Gobi-Core Philippine Fund and the ASEAN Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Lead for Gobi Partners under the ESG Task Force. She is responsible for managing Gobi’s Philippine investments, value creation, and overall investor and fund relations. As part of Gobi Regional's ESG Task Force, she executes the firm's DEI initiatives through internal training, monitoring, and other ecosystem engagements. She has previously worked in a variety of startups and SMEs based in the Philippines and New York under the business development, operations and marketing departments. She also worked as an Investment Associate at TechShake, a rising startup ecosystem builder in Southeast Asia based in Singapore under the investment and innovation consulting teams. Phoebe graduated Summa Cum Laude from Fordham University in New York with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Minor in Philosophy.
